Submission of Fit-Out Application for Getting DSO Approvals

This service allows customers to acquire a fit-out power connection for their shops and offices, and it is provided at no charge.

Apply for a Connection to Electricity or Water

This service helps the customers get Electricity or Water connections. Accessing this service, customers can fill out a detailed application form through ‘One Window System’ using their User ID and Password. This application will be reviewed by the DEWA’s authority for giving confirmation of the Approval. Application service is fully free of cost while service is chargeable.

Building NOC:

This service is available at no cost for application, though there may be charges for the service itself. It allows registered contractors to obtain the necessary electricity and water No Objection Certificates (NOC) required for securing a building permit.

Documents required for initial DSO Approval

To begin the process, you must first submit a letter of intent. Additionally, a copy of the manager’s passport and the freehold/leasehold acknowledgment form are required. The completed application form must also be provided. Other necessary documents include a copy of the DED, unit title deed, and the office tenancy contract. Furthermore, you will need to demonstrate a minimum capital of AED 10,000 to establish a business in DSO.
